I am not expert when it comes to economic predictions, but I can say after this years attendance at the 2019 Explosion event it is clear some markets are beginning to see a shift in the marketplace. But, my analysis through the real estate industry right now and their feedback is that this is still a very optimistic and good time to buy and sale. However, I think the importance of making quality investments is the absolute necessity. Would I recommend go dive into the stock market, no. But, purchasing real estate in a market place where interest rates are historically low is a good time to make a move.
