Southwest Colorado has been a focal point for people wanting to flee the large cities and explore our vast landscapes and enjoy the scenery. But, the higher price points for our area and impacts on funding are proving it to be difficult for buyers to get to the closing tables. Funding for jumbo loans over $510,000.00 has been difficult. As well as the government funded loans such as USDA, FHA, etc. Which leads buyers needing aggressive and powerful lenders to get them to the closing tables.
However, this is not detouring people from wanting to purchase in our beautiful town!! Just make sure to do your research and go with a lender you can trust!
