It all started on March 26th at 6 a.m when the declaration of the stay at home order by the Governor went into order. I was panicked and scared that my clients who were literally homeless (had closed their house and were moving here) wouldn't have been able to look at homes. Thankfully, by 2:10 pm today the order was amended to include realtors as essential business.

I have attached our requirements for agents that will be showing your home. Your health and safety is our number one concern and we respect your decision either way.
We will continue to market your home unless you prefer we change the status to Temp off market.
